The site is operated by English To Slovak, LLC in the USA. This notice was last updated October 1, 2026.
We use a third-party service, DeanonX. It receives the page address and referring page when you visit. If you enter a valid email address and leave the field, it receives that address even if you do not submit the quote form. It may also receive the address when you submit the form. We may use the address to follow up about translation services.
If you submit the form, we collect your email, selected document type, document name, optional project details, the page used, and basic referral or campaign information. This includes whether a Google Ads landing parameter was present, without storing its click identifier. We use these to review your inquiry and, when appropriate, follow up. Submitted requests are stored in a private area of our hosting account and accessible through a password-protected admin portal.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept optional analytics. Google Analytics may record page views and form interaction events; the quote form has a separate identifier so its activity can be distinguished from the optional worksheet. If you use the worksheet to add a document brief to the quote form, Google Analytics records that action without the brief contents. We do not send your email address or project details as analytics event parameters, and the quote fields and worksheet are masked for Clarity. You can change the analytics choice using Privacy settings in the footer. DeanonX email capture is separate from that choice.
We keep inquiries while needed to handle the request and business records. To request access or deletion, submit a request using this site’s form, select “Other / not sure” as the document type, enter “privacy request” as the document name, and describe your request in the optional details.
