Document: Standard Operating Procedure. Include the approximate length, recipient, and deadline if you know them. We’ll review your request and may contact you by email about next steps.
What to know
An SOP is usable only when its steps, roles, linked forms, and revision status remain aligned with the approved process.
Include revision history, forms, flowcharts, warnings, and linked work instructions.
Action verbs, approval roles, and exception steps must stay consistent.
Ask whether the Slovak SOP must match a controlled template or quality system.
Document guide
These notes help you describe your request. The receiving organization’s current instructions should guide the final requirements.
Identify the process, site or team, source language, document ID, revision, effective date, owner, and intended Slovak users. Supply the current approved master rather than a local copy that may be obsolete. WHO’s laboratory quality manual is a useful laboratory example of document control; another organization must follow its own applicable quality system and approval rules.
Provide purpose and scope, responsibilities, prerequisites, safety warnings, equipment, numbered actions, decision points, exceptions, flowcharts, revision history, references, and linked forms or work instructions. Keep action verbs, sequence, conditions, hold points, and role names consistent. If a referenced form has changed since the SOP was approved, ask the process owner which controlled version governs.
Translation communicates the approved instructions but does not validate the process, train operators, or authorize a new controlled document. The process owner should check technical terms and whether a Slovak reader can follow the steps with the actual equipment and forms. The document-control owner should manage identifiers, revision approval, effective date, distribution, and withdrawal of obsolete copies.
Give words, pages, diagrams, tables, linked forms, source format, revision status, reviewer, editable-output need, and release deadline. If several SOPs share terms, provide an approved glossary and identify dependencies. Describe the process at a high level in the public quote form; keep confidential manufacturing parameters or facility details out until an authorized review route is agreed.
How it works
Tell us what the document is, who needs the Slovak translation, and when you need it. The first form does not require a file.
Choose the type and tell us where the translation will be used.
Include the approximate length, deadline, and any instructions from the recipient.
We review the request and may contact you by email if more detail is needed.
Frequently asked
Answers to common questions before you request a quote.
The organization’s process and document-control owners should review and approve the localized version under its own quality system.
List every item the Slovak user needs to carry out the procedure; the owner should decide what belongs in the controlled set.
