Document: Board Resolution. Include the approximate length, recipient, and deadline if you know them. We’ll review your request and may contact you by email about next steps.
What to know
A resolution, full meeting minutes, signed extract, and officer certificate can document different facts.
Include meeting date, vote wording, secretary certificate, and referenced annexes.
Quorum, authorization scope, effective date, and signatory names need precision.
Ask whether the recipient requires a certified extract from minutes instead.
Document guide
These notes help you describe your request. The receiving organization’s current instructions should guide the final requirements.
Tell us whether the English item is an adopted board resolution, a draft, written consent, minutes, certified extract, or secretary certificate. Include its date, issuing company and jurisdiction, page count, attachments, and intended Slovak recipient. A U.S. corporate board may not be the governing body of a Slovak limited company, so preserve the actual body and officer titles instead of silently changing them.
The wording may authorize a named person, a transaction, a filing, a borrowing limit, or a signing power. Dates, vote results, quorum statements, thresholds, defined terms, and conditions can affect how the reader understands the decision. Include referenced annexes and signature or certification pages. If the resolution refers to an agreement, tell us whether the recipient needs that agreement translated as well.
A registry, bank, or counterparty may request minutes, a certified extract, evidence of office, or another company record rather than an isolated resolution. Slovensko.sk explains that Slovak company formation and register processes involve specified documents and, for some changes, registration. That does not mean every foreign board resolution is filed in Slovakia. Ask the named recipient for its exact document and authentication instructions before ordering.
Give document type, adopted or draft status, pages, attachments, company jurisdiction, recipient, output format, and deadline. Do not paste signatures, bank details, or confidential decisions into the public form. Translation does not certify that the meeting was properly called, that a quorum existed, or that a signatory actually had authority; the company and its advisers must verify those facts.
How it works
Tell us what the document is, who needs the Slovak translation, and when you need it. The first form does not require a file.
Choose the type and tell us where the translation will be used.
Include the approximate length, deadline, and any instructions from the recipient.
We review the request and may contact you by email if more detail is needed.
Frequently asked
Answers to common questions before you request a quote.
Yes, for review if useful. Label it as a draft and ask the recipient whether it requires an adopted or certified record.
No. It communicates the source text; the company, recipient, and counsel assess authority and procedure.
