What to know
A loan package contains separate promises, security terms, disclosures, and riders. Its length and legal purpose depend on the requested pieces.
Identify the exact instrument and all riders or schedules.
Interest terms, property description, default provisions, and repayment schedules need precise context.
Ask whether the recipient wants a summary, selected instrument, or the entire package.
Document guide
These notes help you describe your request. The receiving organization’s current instructions should guide the final requirements.
The U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau distinguishes the promissory note, which records a promise to repay, from the mortgage or deed of trust that makes property collateral; a closing disclosure is another document. Ask the Slovak reader which instrument it needs. Translating only a payment summary may omit property rights or default terms, while translating the entire closing package may be unnecessary.
Identify parties, lender, principal, interest and adjustment terms, repayment schedule, maturity, fees, default clauses, property description, recording references, signatures, and riders. Tables, footnotes, and defined terms can change the meaning of a figure. Keep currency, dates, percentages, and source identifiers as printed; do not recalculate an amortization schedule or convert a balance without an agreed separate task.
The Slovak public-service guide to property transfer points readers to the cadastral office or a lawyer for required attachments, especially when a purchase uses a mortgage. A translated foreign loan document does not create or release a Slovak property charge. Ask the bank, registry, court, or adviser whether it wants the full signed instrument, a recorded copy, a payoff or release, and what translation form it accepts.
Give a list of document titles, pages and riders, source format, issuing jurisdiction, Slovak recipient, and deadline. Mention a related deed or title record if requested. Do not paste account numbers, borrower identities, property addresses, or balances into the public quote form.
