Document: Job Offer Letter. Include the approximate length, recipient, and deadline if you know them. We’ll review your request and may contact you by email about next steps.
What to know
An offer can state proposed terms and conditions without proving that employment began or that a required permit was issued.
Check proposed role, pay, start date, conditions, and acceptance section.
Conditional language and deadlines must remain clear; do not convert an offer into an agreement.
Ask whether the recipient requires a signed contract instead of an offer letter.
Document guide
These notes help you describe your request. The receiving organization’s current instructions should guide the final requirements.
Check the employer, proposed role, work location, pay basis, start date, acceptance deadline, signature block, and any background, immigration, licensing, or funding condition. A signed acceptance may change the source document’s status, but translation should still reflect the exact text and dates. Do not present a conditional offer as an unconditional employment contract or proof that the person has started work.
For a Slovak residence application, the Foreign Ministry lists different supporting documents under different employment routes; one published route names a work permit or a specific employer confirmation. A generic job offer is not automatically interchangeable with these records. Ask the responsible mission or Foreign Police office for the exact checklist for your route. A private employer, school, or bank may ask for different evidence.
An offer can point to a bonus plan, job description, benefits schedule, confidentiality agreement, or later amendment. Tell us which attachments the recipient wants. If the final signed contract or revised offer differs, identify the version to translate; the source employer must correct any factual error. Translation does not advise whether the offer is enforceable or satisfy immigration rules.
State the issuing country, document status, page and attachment counts, recipient, required translation form, and deadline. Avoid entering salary, personal addresses, immigration identifiers, or confidential terms in the public quote form. A full copy can be reviewed through an agreed channel once scope is clear.
How it works

Choose the type and tell us where the translation will be used.
Include the approximate length, deadline, and any instructions from the recipient.
We review the request and may contact you by email if more detail is needed.
