Document: Installation Guide. Include the approximate length, recipient, and deadline if you know them. We’ll review your request and may contact you by email about next steps.
What to know
A guide is usable only when its parts, diagrams, warnings, and sequence match the version the Slovak reader will install.
Include every diagram, fastener label, tool list, and revision page.
Sequence words and component names should be consistent from prerequisites to final check.
Ask whether the Slovak version is for installers, inspectors, or customers.
Document guide
These notes help you describe your request. The receiving organization’s current instructions should guide the final requirements.
Give the manufacturer, model, variant, hardware revision, software or firmware version if relevant, source-guide revision, and whether the reader is a trained installer or a consumer. State whether the Slovak text will be a reading copy, an in-box guide, a downloadable manual, or an approved release for a market. Do not assume an older manual applies to a new product variant.
Include prerequisites, parts lists, fastener names, wiring or connection diagrams, numbered steps, warnings, inspection points, and troubleshooting references that the installer will actually encounter. Keep callouts attached to the correct image and distinguish instructions from optional notes. If text is embedded in drawings, supply editable artwork or high-resolution files and identify what may remain as a printed part number.
A step that says to isolate power, check fit, or verify operation must keep its order and conditions. As one regulatory example, the EU General Product Safety Regulation addresses clear instructions and safety information for products within its scope, with language determined by the destination Member State. The manufacturer or compliance owner must decide the applicable product rules; translation alone cannot approve an installation procedure.
State pages, words if known, diagrams, tables, source-file format, product version, intended users, target market, technical reviewer, and deadline. Allow time for a qualified installer or product specialist to check the rendered Slovak guide against the real product. The public quote form needs a scope description, not proprietary schematics, serial numbers, or a customer installation record.
How it works
Tell us what the document is, who needs the Slovak translation, and when you need it. The first form does not require a file.
Choose the type and tell us where the translation will be used.
Include the approximate length, deadline, and any instructions from the recipient.
We review the request and may contact you by email if more detail is needed.
Frequently asked
Answers to common questions before you request a quote.
It may be enough for initial scope, but editable diagrams and the approved product revision can affect layout and technical review.
No. The manufacturer and qualified technical reviewer must validate the procedure and its market requirements.
