What to know
A headline can be adapted for tone, but product facts, conditions, and evidence must remain under the brand owner’s control.
Include final copy, captions, footnotes, legal disclaimers, and artwork text.
Brand voice can change, but factual claims, numbers, and conditions must remain supportable.
Ask who will approve Slovak marketing claims before publication.
Document guide
These notes help you describe your request. The receiving organization’s current instructions should guide the final requirements.
Provide the final English copy, intended Slovak readers, offer or product, distribution channel, campaign dates, and whether the goal is a close translation or a separately reviewed creative adaptation. Include captions, call-to-action buttons, testimonial permissions, footnotes, disclaimers, and text inside artwork. A print brochure, landing page, and email campaign may share a theme but need different output files.
Mark numerical results, comparisons, prices, limited offers, customer quotes, and qualifications that the business has approved. The European Commission describes misleading consumer practices as including false information and material omissions. A translated headline should not silently turn a qualified claim into a guarantee or drop an exception because it does not fit the design. Have the campaign owner check the meaning and substantiation before release.
Slovak copy may wrap differently from English. W3C explains why translated text can change size, particularly in short labels and tight graphic spaces. Review headings, sidebars, captions, footnotes, contact details, QR destinations, and export settings in the actual brochure proof. If a short slogan needs rewriting to fit, agree who can approve alternatives and keep the same factual message.
State approximate words, page or panel count, artwork format, number of variants, target channel, whether adaptation is requested, reviewer, and launch deadline. Supply brand terminology or prior approved copy if available. The public form only needs a brief project description; confidential campaign plans and full customer testimonials can be shared later through an appropriate review method.
