Document: Specification Sheet. Include the approximate length, recipient, and deadline if you know them. We’ll review your request and may contact you by email about next steps.
What to know
A minimum, nominal, or maximum figure can mean different things unless the revision, test condition, and footnote stay visible.
Include tables, footnotes, graphs, units, and revision notes.
Minimum, typical, and maximum values must remain distinct.
Ask whether the sheet is for sales, procurement, certification, or installation.
Document guide
These notes help you describe your request. The receiving organization’s current instructions should guide the final requirements.
Give product or component name, model or part number, revision, publication date, target Slovak reader, and whether the sheet is for sales, purchasing, installation, or engineering review. Identify a source master rather than an outdated distributor copy. Ask whether the recipient needs only the sheet or related drawings, instructions, and test evidence that explain its values.
Include all columns, graphs, legends, tolerance bands, footnotes, units, temperature or operating conditions, and revision notes. Keep minimum, typical, maximum, tested, and guaranteed values distinct. NIST explains that a quantity value pairs a number with a unit; an omitted prefix or changed symbol can alter the value. Leave numerical conversions or rounding to a separately agreed technical review.
A translated specification should trace back to the English master and its exact model. If two source tables conflict or a unit appears wrong, flag it to the product owner instead of fixing it silently. Have a qualified technical reviewer check the Slovak terminology, tables, figures, and intended use. Translation does not certify performance, product compliance, or a purchase decision.
State pages, dense tables and charts, source format, model variants, approved glossary, required editable output, reviewer, and deadline. A one-page data sheet can take substantial table and layout work. Use the public form for document and scope details without disclosing an unreleased design, proprietary formula, or sensitive customer specification.
How it works
Tell us what the document is, who needs the Slovak translation, and when you need it. The first form does not require a file.
Choose the type and tell us where the translation will be used.
Include the approximate length, deadline, and any instructions from the recipient.
We review the request and may contact you by email if more detail is needed.
Frequently asked
Answers to common questions before you request a quote.
Only as separately scoped work checked by the product or engineering owner; the translation should preserve the source values.
Ask the buyer whether it also needs an approved drawing, test report, or formal certificate.
