Document: Graduation Letter. Include the approximate length, recipient, and deadline if you know them. We’ll review your request and may contact you by email about next steps.
What to know
A school can confirm that coursework is finished before a degree is formally conferred or a final certificate is issued.
Identify who issued the letter and whether it confirms completion, award, or only expected graduation.
Degree title, conferral date, program, and conditions should stay distinct.
Ask whether the recipient will later require the diploma or transcript as well.
Document guide
These notes help you describe your request. The receiving organization’s current instructions should guide the final requirements.
Check whether the letter says the student is expected to graduate, has completed program requirements, has had a degree conferred, or has received a diploma. These statements describe different stages. Keep the program name, qualification title, completion and conferral dates, outstanding conditions, and school official’s wording as printed. A translation should not upgrade an anticipated award into a completed credential.
A Slovak school, employer, recognition office, or other recipient may accept a temporary confirmation while waiting for the diploma, or may insist on the final award and transcript. For recognition of foreign secondary education, the Slovak Ministry of Education’s published guidance points applicants to the relevant Regional School Administration Office and lists a certified copy of the leaving certificate or diploma, with additional documents in some cases. A graduation letter is not automatically a substitute for that certificate. Check the receiving procedure before paying to translate the interim letter.
A graduation letter may refer to a transcript, diploma, final examination, placement, or qualification supplement. Note which related documents the recipient requests and whether names, course dates, and award titles match across them. A source correction or official award date must come from the issuing school. The receiving authority decides recognition; translation does not determine equivalence.
State the school, issuing country, letter date, page count, recipient, exact translation requirement, diploma availability, and deadline. Avoid posting student IDs, grades, birth dates, or letter images in the initial form. We can discuss a suitable file-review route after the scope is established.
