Document: School Enrollment Letter. Include the approximate length, recipient, and deadline if you know them. We’ll review your request and may contact you by email about next steps.
What to know
An enrollment or admission letter may show current attendance, a future place, or a conditional offer. The recipient needs the right status and date.
Check the letterhead, signatory, issue date, program name, and attendance status wording.
Full-time, part-time, expected graduation, and actual completion are different statements.
Ask whether the recipient needs a recent letter or an official transcript instead.
Document guide
These notes help you describe your request. The receiving organization’s current instructions should guide the final requirements.
A school may issue an acceptance letter before studies begin, a registration confirmation after enrollment, or an attendance letter during a term. State the exact printed title and whether the student has been admitted, registered, or is still actively attending. Keep conditions, part-time or full-time status, start and end dates, and expected graduation separate. Translation should not turn an offer into proof of completed studies.
For a Slovak temporary-residence application for study, the Foreign Ministry’s published checklist names a confirmation from the competent authority or educational institution that the person has been admitted for studies. It also has document-age and official-translation rules for that procedure. A university admissions office, employer, scholarship body, or insurance provider may ask for different evidence. Obtain the exact instruction before ordering a translation of a current-attendance letter that may not answer an admission question.
Letterhead, institution name, campus, program title, study mode, term dates, issue date, signature, seal, and any electronic validation may matter to the reader. If a separate transcript, student-status certificate, or tuition letter is referenced, ask whether it belongs in the package. Do not invent a qualification level or academic award from an enrollment statement.
Tell us the issuing country, letter type and issue date, page count, receiving office, required translation form, and deadline. Do not enter student numbers, date of birth, address, or private academic information into the public quote form. A legible copy can be reviewed after the scope is clear.

Frequently asked
Answers to common questions before you request a quote.
No. It states the status in the source. Ask the school for a completion or award record if the recipient needs proof of graduation.
The Foreign Ministry describes an admission confirmation for that procedure. Ask the responsible mission or Foreign Police office whether your exact letter meets the current checklist.
